We do not offer refunds (unless item received is damaged), all returns or exchanges will be issued a store credit in the form of an online gift card code, in which you can use at your convenience to re-order a different size or different item altogether. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

My item arrived damaged!
Prior to shipping out all of our orders, we make sure to thoroughly inspect each product for defects or damage. If we missed something and you received a damaged product, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your product with pictures of the damage, so we can either replace or refund you for the item. We do not offer warranty on our products as we are not the manufacturer and warranty is to the discretion of the manufacturer.
If your order is eligible for a return/exchange.Email us at email@example.com to start the return process and to get a return authorization from us. All returns must be made with 10 business days after approved. Returns without a return authorization will result in failure to proceed further.
Ship your return to our returns location (address will be provided after approval), shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After we receive, inspect and process your return. You will be issued a store credit in the value of the items returned (shipping costs are non-refundable).
What if my return is late?
Any returns received post marked after 14 days from original ship date are ineligible for return.
Can I return my online order to Fits to a T Store?
At this time we are unable to process online returns in our store.
We don not adjust the purchase price of any items that have gone on sale or have been further reduced in price.
When will I get my refund credit code?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-6 business days for your return to be processed. You will be emailed your refund credit code for future use. Fits to at T is not responsible for shipments not received if there was no tracking & signature required to confirm we received the return. Please ensure you are carefully packaging returns as Fits to a T is not responsible for items damaged during the return shipping process.
