We do not offer refunds (unless item received is damaged), all returns or exchangeswill be issued a store credit in the form of an online gift card code, in which you canuse at your convenience to re-order a different size or different item altogether.Shipping costs are non-refundable.

My item arrived damaged!
Prior to shipping out all of our orders, we make sure to thoroughly inspect each product for defects or damage. If we missed something and you received a damagedproduct, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your product withpictures of the damage, so we can either replace or refund you for the item. We do notoffer warranty on our products as we are not the manufacturer and warranty is to thediscretion of the manufacturer.
If your order is eligible for a return/exchange.Email us at email@example.com to start the return process and to get a returnauthorization from us. All returns must be made with 10 business days afterapproved. Returns without a return authorization will result in failure to proceedfurther.
Ship your return to our returns location (address will be provided after approval),shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After we receive, inspect and process your return. You will be issued a storecredit in the value of the items returned (shipping costs are non-refundable).
What if my return is late?
Any returns received postmarked after 14 days from original ship date are ineligible forreturn.
Can I return my online order to Fits to a T Store?
At this time we are unable to process online returns in our store.
We don not adjust the purchase price of any items that have gone on sale or havebeen further reduced in price.
When will I get my refund credit code?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-6 business days for your return to beprocessed. You will be emailed your refund credit code for future use. Fits to at T is not responsible for shipments not received if there was no tracking & signature required to confirm we received the return. Please ensure you are carefullypackaging returns as Fits to a T is not responsible for items damaged during the returnshipping process.
